HOW TO GET QUALITY AUDIO FROM ANDROID USING DOLBY ATMOS

After rooting your device, adding TWRP to make backups now you can start making some customization to your device. Tested on Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5s ZE550KL Asus Z00LD.

Let us start adding Dolby Atmos to get some quality or best audio outputs. Thanks to those developers who managed to port this app and can be used with 4.3 and up devices from this thread.


Things needed:
1. Rooted phone
2. TWRP/CWM installed
3. dap_r6.5_zip file here. or here
4. Android devices 4.3 and up only.

note: download also the uninstaller zip (if in case you want to delete later on from your device) here.

Steps:
1. Download dap_r6.5_zip file and save to your microsd
2. Boot into TWRP recovery (volume down+power)
3. Click Install
click_install
4. Select storage
select_storage
5. Since I saved it in my microsd I selected microsd
microsd
6. Now select where you have saved the file, mine I made a folder named dolby atmos.

7. Look for the zip file
dap_r6.5_installer_zip
8. Swipe to flash zip file.
swipe_to_flash
9. Wait as it flashes the file until it says Successful.
flash_complete
10. Optional if you wish to wipe dalvik and cache.
wipe_cache_dalvik
11. Wipe cache complete, you may reboot sytem.
cache_&_dalvik_wipe_complete

HOW TO REMOVE DOLBY ATMOS
Same process as above but this time select the uninstaller zip file and flash via TWRP and your done.
